Andrea Reina was born in Salto, Uruguay, on August 28, 1976. Since she was a girl, she was inclined towards drawing and medicine. She never studied medicine and began painting after forty. At twenty she has her first daughter, and in 2000, she emigrated to the United States. After various jobs and two more children, she found her way to painting. Seeking changes, she began to meditate, read, and reflect. Normally, she doesn't remember her dreams, but one day she did. Inspired by a vivid drem filled with vibrant colors and surreal landscapes, she bought her ifrst canvas, brushes, and paint, marking the beginning of her transformative artistic journey.
